No — as long as we have access to your home, you do not need to be present. Many clients prefer to enjoy their clean home when they return.

Yes. We bring professional-grade, sanitized cleaning supplies and shoe covers to protect your home.

The duration depends on the size of your home and the type of service booked. Standard cleanings take 2–3 hours on average.

Same-day bookings may be available depending on schedule openings. Please call for availability.

For non-members, we cannot guarantee the same cleaner per visit — but we do try when possible.

Non-members must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Inside appliances are included in deep cleans and VIP packages, or can be added as an add-on service.

We ask that surfaces be free of clutter so our team can clean thoroughly.
(Toys, laundry, and personal items should be put away as much as possible.)
